In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, plant milk, vanilla, and salt. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Fold in the chopped hazelnuts evenly.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the dough and press a whole hazelnut into the center. Roll into a ball and place on a tray lined with parchment.
Repeat until all dough is used. Freeze the balls for 15-20 minutes.
Melt the vegan chocolate chips and dip each chilled ball into the chocolate.
Roll in crushed hazelnuts or sprinkles and place back on the tray. Let them set in the fridge.
