In a large mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract gently.
Add the dried fruit, chopped chocolate, orange zest, and juice. Mix to combine.
Fold in chopped pistachios if using.
Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap.
Smooth the top and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Slice and serve straight from the freezer.
