Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits as directed.
  2. Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fruits.
  4. Gently toss to combine and top with chopped mint if using.
  5. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
