Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a separate large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
