Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
