Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to the creamy sauce.
Return chicken to the skillet and combine with the pasta.
Garnish with red pepper flakes and fresh parsley before serving.
