Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and remove from heat.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place the stuffed dough balls on the baking sheet, seam-side down.
  7. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over the dough balls.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
