Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
Fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal, forming a ball.
Place the stuffed dough balls on the baking sheet, seam-side down.
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over the dough balls.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
