Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just pink. Remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
  5. Place shrimp in a baking dish, pour over the cream mixture, and top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
