Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (lean)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • Tzatziki sauce, for serving
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Scoop and roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in batches, cooking until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with tzatziki sauce and fresh lemon wedges.
