Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle.
  3. Gently pull apart the shell and loosen the meat without detaching it.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place lobster tails flesh-side down on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Flip the tails, baste with more garlic butter, and grill for another 4-5 minutes until opaque.
  8. Remove from grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
