Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • Butter or margarine, softened

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter evenly on one side of a slice of bread.
  2. Top with the second slice to make a sandwich.
  3. Lightly butter the outside of both slices of bread.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the sandwich in the skillet, buttered side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  6. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
