Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 medium banana, frozen
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Add almond milk, banana, peanut butter, protein powder, honey (if using), and cinnamon to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
