Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk, banana, peanut butter, protein powder, honey (if using), and cinnamon to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
