In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, about 7–8 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, black beans, corn, and cheddar cheese.
Top with warm seasoned beef.
Drizzle with cilantro lime vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
