Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seams to seal.
Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Use a sharp knife to cut a few small slits in the top for venting.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
