Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • ½ pound sliced Genoa salami
  • ½ pound sliced ham
  • ½ pound sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seams to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  7. Use a sharp knife to cut a few small slits in the top for venting.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
