Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Let the sauce simmer for a minute.
Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
Return shrimp and sausage to the skillet, toss everything together to coat in the sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
