Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge and cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add dark rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a smoother taste, use fresh pineapple juice. Adjust the Campari for more or less bitterness.
