Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and vinegar.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
