Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, half of the crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Fold in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and the rest of the crumbled bacon.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
