Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
In the bowl with yolks, mix in cream cheese until smooth.
Add cream of tartar to the whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold yolk mixture into whipped whites, being careful not to deflate the mix.
Spoon batter into 6 equal circles on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack before serving.
