Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chicken broth, heavy cream, paprika, and dried thyme. Stir well.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, spooning sauce over them.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
