Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Extra chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined, then roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until fully cooked through.
  5. While meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  6. Serve meatballs hot, garnished with sesame seeds and extra green onions, with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
