Spread refried beans in the bottom of a serving dish.
In a bowl, mix sour cream with taco seasoning and layer it over the beans.
Add a layer of guacamole followed by salsa.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Garnish with chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.
