Ingredients

  • 2 oz Limoncello
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Club soda, to top
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge and mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with sugar and lime juice.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour in the Limoncello and white rum.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.

Notes

For a sweeter twist, add a splash of simple syrup. Use crushed ice for a more traditional mojito texture.
