Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Swerve (or your favorite sweetener)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, red onion, sunflower seeds, and crumbled bacon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sweetener, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
