Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Lay out tortillas. Spoon beef mixture onto one side of each tortilla.
Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Fold tortillas over filling and press edges lightly to seal.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Serve warm topped with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions.
