Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
Place seared chicken in a baking dish. Spread ranch dressing evenly over each breast.
Sprinkle Parmesan, White Cheddar, and Provolone cheese on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and chicken is cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F).
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
