Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add cooked bacon, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the beef mixture onto one half of each tortilla.
Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Fold tortillas in half and brush the tops with melted butter.
Cook quesadillas in a heated skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
