In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add buttermilk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
Slowly combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2 minutes.
Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about another minute.
Serve warm with maple syrup and enjoy!
