Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine apricot preserves, white vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce.
  2. Whisk in the garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry, then add to the saucepan.
  4. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving. Enjoy with nuggets, fries, or your favorite snacks!
