In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Mix thoroughly until well combined, but don’t overwork the meat.
Using wet hands or a scoop, form the mixture into meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add meatballs in batches, cooking 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
Transfer cooked meatballs to a plate and serve warm with rice, salad, or tzatziki sauce.
