In a large bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, avocado, and cucumber.
Add ketchup, lime juice, and Clamato juice; stir well.
Fold in the chilled shrimp.
Season with hot sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve cold with tortilla chips.
