Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (for brownie layer)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (for brownie layer)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (for brownie layer)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for brownie layer)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, and salt to form the cookie dough layer.
  2. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Press into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder, almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla to form the brownie layer.
  4. Press the brownie layer over the cookie dough layer in the pan.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars and serving.
