In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and spread over crust.
Whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold in mini chocolate chips, then spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
Decorate with chocolate eggs and festive sprinkles before serving.
