Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments, drained and chopped
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • Orange food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and orange extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Divide the mixture in half. Stir crushed pineapple into one half and mandarin oranges into the other.
  4. Optional: Add a drop of orange food coloring to the orange portion for a brighter color.
  5. Spoon the two mixtures alternately into the graham cracker crust to create a swirled effect.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
