Ingredients

  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 (3 oz) box peach Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 (15 oz) cans sliced peaches, drained and chopped
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • Peach slices and whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden Oreos in a food processor into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix with melted butter and press into a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill in the fridge.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Spread the cream cheese layer over the crust and return to fridge.
  5. Dissolve peach Jello in 1 cup boiling water, then stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Let it sit at room temp for 30 minutes.
  6. Stir chopped peaches into Jello mixture and pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set (1-2 hours).
  7. Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over the Jello layer.
  8. Top with whipped cream and peach slices if desired. Chill for 2 more hours or overnight before serving.
