Place the dates and almonds in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
Add cacao powder, shredded coconut, chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, maple syrup, and sea salt.
Pulse until everything is well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time.
Press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
