Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 15 Oreos, chopped (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped Oreos, reserving a few for the top.
  5. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  6. Top with the remaining chopped Oreos and cover with plastic wrap.
  7. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  8. Scoop and serve straight from the freezer!
