Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Stir in pizza sauce and let simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Place the bun halves on a baking sheet. Spoon the meat mixture evenly onto each half.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
