Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuffed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • Optional: crushed Oreos or sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until fully combined into a sticky dough.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place back on the parchment paper.
  6. Optional: Top with crushed Oreos or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
