Preheat oven to 375°F.
Pat turkey breast dry and place it on a rack in a roasting pan.
In a small bowl, mix butter with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
Loosen the skin from the turkey breast and spread half of the butter mixture underneath. Spread the remaining butter on top.
Roast uncovered for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest 15 minutes before carving.
