Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)

Instructions

  2. Pour in milk and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Seal with a lid and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
