Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 4 cups milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the crockpot to prevent sticking.
  2. Add oats, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Stir well and set the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and add chopped nuts or dried fruit if desired.
