Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz pandan syrup
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge and pandan leaf for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add white rum, pandan syrup, coconut cream, and pineapple juice.
  3. Shake well until chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain into a chilled glass over ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pandan leaf.

Notes

For a lighter version, replace coconut cream with coconut milk. You can also blend all ingredients with ice for a frozen version.
