Ingredients

  • 24 papdis (crisp puris)
  • 1½ cups boiled and chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt, whisked
  • ½ cup tamarind chutney
  • ½ cup green coriander chutney
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped cilantro, for garnish
  • Sev (crispy gram flour noodles), for topping

Instructions

  1. Arrange the papdis on a serving plate.
  2. Top each papdi with a spoonful of potatoes and chickpeas.
  3. Drizzle yogurt, green chutney, and tamarind chutney over the top.
  4. Sprinkle red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sev.
  6. Serve immediately to maintain the crisp texture.
