Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
Prepare brownie batter according to the package instructions and pour half into the baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramel bits with heavy cream until smooth.
Spread peanut butter over the partially baked brownie layer.
Pour caramel mixture over peanut butter layer and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Top with remaining brownie batter, spreading gently to cover.
Bake for another 25–30 minutes or until set.
Cool completely before slicing into bars.
