Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chopped peanut butter cups
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for cheesecake layer)
  • 2 large eggs (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, both sugars, and peanut butter until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups.
  6. Press half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan.
  7. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
  8. Spread cheesecake mixture evenly over cookie dough layer.
  9. Crumble remaining cookie dough over cheesecake layer.
  10. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool completely before slicing.
