Ingredients

Crust

  • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups chopped Snickers bars

Topping

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 10 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars

Instructions

Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment and grease the sides.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each.
  4. Fold in the chopped Snickers.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.

Bake and Cool

  1. Bake at 325°F for 55–65 minutes or until the center is set.
  2. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake sit for 1 hour.
  3. Remove from oven, cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Add the Topping

  1. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat, add chocolate and peanut butter, and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour over the chilled cheesecake and top with chopped Snickers.
  4. Refrigerate until topping is set before serving.
