Stir in cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until tomatoes burst.
Add white beans and marinara sauce, stirring to combine.
Layer pepperoni slices over the bean mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
