Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in cream cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until creamy.
  5. Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
  6. Pour meat mixture over dough and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
