Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 4 rectangles. Pinch seams together.
Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over each rectangle.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Top with pepperoni or other favorite toppings.
Roll up each rectangle tightly from the short side, then slice each roll into 4 even pieces.
Place each piece, spiral side up, into the prepared muffin pan.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
